Final Edit: Haha, got it working, i finally updated to 4.01m33, I didn't know ctf themes required you to be in specific versions. Hmm.. can I still run themes that were before 4.01m33?
No, but most of them have been converted, and there is a guide floating around here on how to convert them yourself.

Wait, what? Ohhh, the wallpaper-kinda image, well, go into the theme settings and change "color", I believe that's what it is. Don't have mah psp at the moment, can't double check the exact wording.

edit 3: i don't know if its a bug or not, but when i try to boot fl0w, the game boot is a white screen with sound only. the other game is fine

i think this is just me but i get this bug:
when i try to change the background from the colour menu in most of your themes,
some of the preview is completely white, if i try to change to that colour, my background turned white too.

No, that happens sometimes, do this, when you get a white square, select it, then select it again, it should show the pic then.
