Well, since there's no food to cook over the stove, I'd starve to death.
Maybe the baddie who locked you up might be stupid enough to give you the chance to escape.
I would use the one round on my self, there is no way I would eat my won body parts ..

depends on how the structure of the room is made.
I would turn on the gas of the stove then some how cause a spark (probably with the gun or something.) that will blow up the walls of the room. How for me to survive the blast of the explosion I do not know.
What I would do would depend on how the room is built, and other circumstances.
If the walls/windows/doors don't look that strong, then I would attempt to use the saw, and saw myself out (like saw out the window bars, saw out the locking mechanism or hinges on the door).
If that is impossible (like if there are no windows, and the walls are multi-layer brick walls), then I would attempt to somehow lure someone to come to me (make a lot of noise, set something on fire...), and attempt to get myself out by using the gun on him.
If that doesn't work, and if it's a gas stove, I'll try to burn my way out, by using the gas pipe as a torch or something. If it's electric, well, I can still do something with it, depending on the structure of the room.
If nothing works, then just sit there and wait. After a while, pretend to be dead, so someone comes to pick me up, then use the gun on him.
If nothing works, and I'm doing to die anyway, might as well cause a lot of damage. What Sparker suggested wouldn't be bad. Gas the whole place, boom.
But yeah, I wouldn't eat myself.

this sounds like a room escape game I played...
I would probably bash the hell out of the wall. Houses are constructed very poorly now a days
but in a room escape game, I would check the vents for keys and such. I would also check for tears or bumps in the wallpaper. I also might look for small holes and definitely check the ceiling
