if you try to solder it off with all its pins you will burn it and blow it up. your best bet is hot air which melts all the solder and it just drops off, then the same for puttng it back on

hot air, eh? that actually might work. I'll post my findings next week, if they can get to it soon (i actually can't solder, i just relay ideas or come up with something that might prove useful :P)

removal nand is easy, use hot air gun maybe help. but it's problem is hard to re-ball the BGA and put it back without proper tools...
