same applies with the pen tool. :)

you can bypass the resizing by picking 1mb max file size. there has to be some limit though, unless you pay for a photobucket account

yeah pretty much, so its very versatile

P.S. I found a typo with the tut, you're supposed to LEFT click, NOT RIGHT click (doh!, i was pretty tired last night :P)
