you can't. download speed is limited by your bandwidth, so unless you upgrade your interent package it can't be done
I've heard rumors of some hack that can speed up downloads. but its very illegal and of course no one here would be interested in anything illegal, right? *nudge*

OMFG!!! You are the new genius! poor metal-whatsisname! and there I thought he was new gray-matter prodigy... awesomeness! I am so jealous! I mean I always thought I had seen my share of questions that would leave a sane soul gasping for breath but man I forget that the identity of the genius is to startle! I swear to the text-books on networking that I devoured and memorized that it was all for nothing after reading this! next time someone has a connection error, I will sure as god's sweet pea direct them to add extra RAM! or maybe upgrade the processor! while I'm at it, I will have them buy the brand new uber expensive but worth a rats donkey after, Alienware game station and have them connect the internet and the sit and curse the war in iraq for the slow internet, which, I know is not at all related, but, what the heck! It'll be fun! And after wee are done all the upgradation (including a new car!) I will ask them to call up the ISP and have them upgrade their plan to one that that has a higher bandwidth... but that's just me!
