yeah, i updated and everything's fine for me. I'm glad wee finally have the in-game XMB but I'm kinda disappointed at the whole custom soundtrack thing.

i just went and looked at sony's website and the 240 is back up, but looks like they removed the in-game xmb , or i over looked it

According my ps3 it's not. i still have 2.36 on mine and no annoying update or esle
they really are ripping of the 360...
