Thanks to you all that helped but still wanted to know what I did wrong and what your did right s I can know better next time.
All i did was download the file in the first page, exract it got you 3.03 topmenu put it in the same folder, then i just ran the us_upgrade.bat and i got the converted topmenu.
don't know why you didnt get it.
Freaking weird kept getting errors and than the bak file was there but not the converted one.
When you run the us_upgrade.bat
the app first makes a backup of the original then converts that same one, it doesn't make another one.

Wait, so after the conversion, do I need to get all my other files that came with the download of the XMB?
or do I just drop the topmenu.rco in the folder.

Um i had used this program and now everytime i turn on my PC (Computer) i see the files that i recreated. I am tired of always deleting it so yea.
Please help with this problem.
im lost i downloaded the 303 to 340.rar
but how do i get it to make my themes work
These dudes are masters at this program they will help out I am still messing with it but having no luck.
