I found the 'bump' in FFVII to be plain rediculous.
FFVIII = Best RPG Ever.
IMO, FFX was better.

But then again I never played any other final fantasy
FFX-2 sucked :/ but loved it because it was the first sequel

FFX-2 was really cheesy, and rather tacky, but had an awesome turn based come real time combatg system which i rather enjoyed, as well as the whole garment grid thing (which again was VERY cheezily implemented
IX is overrated and underrated at the same time, there are those that hate it because its not VII or VIII, and just as many who love it for the same reason...i think 7 was my favourite for the materia system, 9 was best for the story, and 8 had the most interesting characters for me
I don't like the first ff's because they are all 2d
i love FF3 and 4, 1 and 2 were just awful (imo) and havent played 5 or 6
Hating a game because its 2d is stupid, look at the oddworld games for PSX
I want to play the remake of ff3 but I haven'r heard anything but the music from the original
FF6 > All other FF's (that I've played).
... in terms of how much I enjoyed them.
