about 5 years ago i set up a webmail account with wanadoo.co.uk. i chose wanadoo because it was the only free webmail service i could find that wasn't blocked in school. (this was before i knew about proxies and spoon). so, about a year back, wanadoo was bought out by orange. luckily everyone who had an email account with '@fsmail.net' on the end kept their email adress, including me. but, in the last few weeks I've noticed things going wrong with the email service. it started out with pages not loading properly and having to hit refresh a lot to get the page to load fully. but now its not letting me log in. it says that my password and/or email adress is wrong! so i click on 'forgot password' to set up a new password. i answer all its questions correctly and it gives me a new password. it then asks me if i want to go to my inbox, which i do and it just gives me a blank page! i try my new password which i copied and pasted to be sure and it says that's wrong too! I've tried from different computers with all cookies enabled and it still won't let me into my own email account. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!

I'm not really asking for help, i just wanted a way of venting my frustration. i suppose, you could call it a mini-rant. there isn't really enough passion for it to be a full on rant. but if anyone knows of any way i could contact orange other than by email (not their mobile phone support dumbass) i would be very happy.

thanks, I'm a lot happies now.

For email, I'd go with bigger sites (more likely to stay up).  Not sure if free email services do this, but if they offer the feature, you can forward mails onto another account.
thing is though, i don't want to change my email address. I've had my current one for 5 years now and that the one that everyone uses to contact me.

anybody know how i can contact orange and scream at them?
