Aphex Twin - His music is a little hard to get into at first, but once your brain adjusts, it's like a whole new musical experience. It's like a Rorschach test for the ears.
The Wombats - Indie rock, but with a better, more different sound than most indie bands.
Coldplay - One of the best bands. EVER.
Red Hot Chili Peppers - [See Coldplay]
Justice - Pulse-pounding drill and bass dance music. Look up the song Genesis
