so i had a drum lesson tonight and me and my drum teacher cam up with an awesome new genre..... try this on for size, jazz metal....
basically it's a normal jazz beat but with some killer double bass blast beats incorporated into it....... the next band practice i have i will have to suggest a song around this as wee are looking for an unique sound......
i know this could have been made in the music section but seeing as it involves me i made it in my blog.....
i like jazz...

I'll have to record some of my drumming and upload a vid to photobucket sometime...... there are normally loads of stops in my drumming because i have issues with my pedals moving out of place but I'll try my best to get the best possible beats i can do here on ep....
