Firstly don't put that outer glow on the text and make the text white.....

do this and do a filter»render»lighting effects to add a light effect to give i a nice feel also make the border less thick what is that like 5 pixels? make it like 1-2 pixels

remove all color and start from scratch i don't think it suits this signicture
remove text and have more effect something intresting!
