As many of you may know, wee have a record of all the Graphics Battles and results in the Void.

However, this has become a challenging task since there is a general lack of organization between events.

For making it more organized and clean, I've created an Easy set of rules for organizing battles in a way that will be more efficient for collecting the proper information for the results page.


Here are the Rules / Guidelines:

  1. A new thread will be created with the name of "GFX Battle Requests", the sole purpose of such thread is to have all the challenges and battle invitations in one place, making it easier for people to know about them and Join them.

  2. After the participants and theme are selected, the challenger can create a new thread for further discussion, such as deadlines or dimensions. Such thread must have a [D] on the beginning of the thread title. It is suggested that the thread title includes the participants and the theme.

  3. The entries will be sent via PM to any qualified battle moderator. A list of battle moderators can be found below. Please note that all the entries must be sent to the same moderator.

  4. The Battle moderators will be in charge of posting the voting threads, as well as closing the discussion threads (if any). Voting threads will have [VOTING] on the thread title, as well as the contestants.

  5. Votings will only last 3 days, at the 3rd day the thread will be closed and the results posted in the results section.

by thread do you mean forum??
Because to me it seams like it would be easier If wee just added another forum to the main page or put a seperate section under the art forum (< a.k.a. how it is now)...
Wow, seems easier now to find someone to battle now :D

nope, i meant threads...

I meant a thread with all the battle requests and challenges in them... for easier browsing

and at the same time it will be easier to me to record the results and stuff
So will the Graphics Battle Requests thread be made by the mods or us???

yes this is a very good idea and should make things a whole lot easier.... if you need any help with anything let me know... i actually had fun running the EP wipeout pulse race league till wee all got bored with lol.. cause UG kept beating everyone lol
Nice idea.
But I sort of find it a little too organized.

Maybe that's just my messy self

Also I find it weird that the battle mods are 'representatives' from each team.
I sort of think that's a little strange as majority of the battles are just a friendly 1v1.
