Endless Paradigm

ok what i want to do is put a contact form on a website but i looked up the code and i can't get the hang of it,..  i want the contact form 2 send 2 a gmail email so hoW do i do that??? sory if typin is bad...im on my psp lol.                                   tanx 4 n e help you can giv
