if you want any girl to know who you are and you want to talk to her then just be expressive

seriously, you never sit there and think of when to talk to her; just be a talkative person in general (basically, draw attention to yourself, be outgoing). Then after she gets the idea talk to her, and see what she thinks of you

believe me, i act the same everyday and im very expressive about myself and im never embarrassed when i say something. People tend to talk to the ones who talk a lot.

and the most important thing is, NEVER BE SHY of what you say; even if the girl is annoyed of you (believe me, she probably isn't the right person to talk to if you are a nice person in general)

i know many girls who find me annoying, its life if your so paranoid of the girl hating you when you really like her, you need to forget about knowing her at all, if they don't like you; they just aren't your type and neither are you. Period.

P.S. sometimes girls find you annoying at first, that's just a bad first impression; they'll probably see who you really are after sometime :P

if you want girls to think your cool you should start by treating them good but then treat them like spoon.......... never worked for me but hey
