ok well heres the first thing iv ever done in photoshop i no it aint great but i think im happy with it... not sure about the text though!!!

I'll admit that the text is pretty hard to read.  Probably stick some sort of outline or glow to it?

white drop shadow or even black would look really good

heres how
select the text layers
then select on the menu layer/layer style/drop shadow
and the rest is pretty self explanatory
can change the color or change how far the drop shadow goes and even the diffusion on it

you can see what a drop shadow looks like on the text in my sig.. well everything in the pic had a drop actually lol

idk if n e one noticed but there is actually a hand strumming a guitar on either side of jimmy in the background you just don't rele notice it unless u look hard!

^^ np.. oh and i forgot to say to get white shadow to look right change it from mutiply to normal.. try all the different layer styles. theyre fun to mess around with
