here's the latest on my progress
i am now using loads of guides and i think all this practice is paying off
please ignore the crappy white bits on the edge.... the render wasn't the best.....
tell me what you think......
(i would have tried this in that sotw if it wasn't for the white on the edges....damn google images!)
im not ignoring the white edges...just zoom in when your rendering images...use the pen tool....also im not sure what it's suppose to be, its to blurry. @_@
sorry for blur(again...) i used 2 on the gaussian blur... I'll use less next time....
this was only a bit of practice so i could try some new things out but my next sig will be more serious.... i really just want as many sigs done so i can improve.....

that's a bad idea...no need to rush just take your time and you will improve.

I've got to admit i rush a little sometimes.... i guess it's habit.that's how i practice instruments and that's pretty much how i do everything..... i will slow down next time i try a sig....

Why not try getting render packs??? Or use planetrenders.net
Better, but when you resize an image or a render, try not to stretch to image or distort it unless you meant it to looks that way. Also if you hold down Shift while resizing then it will resize to scale.
Here's a render of Darunia By the way but maybe better?

ah...that's where i went wrong... i remember it saying that in one of the guides....thanks for that...I'll see if i can find the psd somwhere and I'll edit it now...
if you want i can render the original image for you
it's alright squee... I've rendered the image mehhakker gave the link to successfully
one note... how do you resize seperate layers? i can only resize the whole sig...
