decrypted 3.95 rco not working in rco editor 1.15c (decrypted with RSPSAR Dumper 3.3)

by the way offsets are not really new,. you mean updated,.? finding new offsets is different,. anyway,. who knows how long wee have to wait untill cf 4.00m33 is here,..
