Some animes have one or more episodes in them, which only really serves the purpose of jogging the watcher's memory of what's happened so far.

So do you watch them?  Do you like them?  What do you think about them?

Personally, I watch them, but don't always enjoy them.
If I haven't seen the anime in a while, I would watch them. However, they just push more time before the next episode. If I ever see them.
they're made for people who watch anime on tv and missed about 10+ of the episodes

and no, i don't watch them if im using the net (which i always do) to watch anime
not really i just skim through them and see if there's anything interesting that i may of missed but for the most part i just ignore them
Most anime I've watched so far don't seem to have those, but even so I'd watch them just for the sake of having to be able to watch every single episode.
what i hate the most is flashbacks

ARRRRRRGHHH!

ARRRRRRGHHH!

YES!!! That is very annoying!!!!!!
depends,.. ;p
As mentioned by others previously, they're designed for people who watch it on TV, which shows 1 episode every week, to push release dates when they're not ready, and to patch up people who's missed episodes.

And since I don't watch on TV, and don't miss episodes... I don't really need them.

I watch them anyway, but somethimes, find them annoying.

Only anime with 1000+ episodes have them. Like Naruto for example.
