Over the last couple days, I've been thinking about how bad I screwed up, making it so I can't graduate tomorrow. I've been talking with my aunt and all my friends, people that actually offer helpful words. The fact that I'm not graduating is a wake up call. I can't keep sliding on by in my life, pushing things to the very end, putting off my life. This is a slap to the face for me to realize if I'm going to survive in the adult world, I have to take charge, be proactive. Not procrastinate. So, once I get my packets done next week, I get my diploma.
So, as of this moment, I think I'm the happiest I've ever been in my entire life. Today I finished all of my assignments, every freaking one, including my packets that I just need to test on next week. Tonight I'm going for sushi with my best friend, and she and I are celebrating summer. Then, tomorrow, school is only like 2 hours long, and after that I'm going to the school's all night party. The school rented an entire place with rides and laser tag and shit. Sure, it's school chaperoned and whatnot, but it's my last chance to see a lot of my friends before the next school year. Then, finally, summer is a day away. 3 months of making money, losing weight, a car of my own, and freedom :)
