Yes its a tat to small,. :( but i like the idee very much!! nice theme!

I know it's tiny, but if it were any bigger, it wouldn't have been possible. It's all good... I think it's perfect! :D

As for the menu text, like you said its impossible otherwise...but at least a font somewhat clearer?? Like Segoe UI or the like... cause I don't mind the size, I just can't read anything while browsing files..
