this is a plugin used to make icons eg: location free player load eboots from xmb



download the attachment
extract all files
put in seplugins and add to vsh.txt like this ms0:/seplugins/XMBEL.prx
then in the XMBEL.txt there should be some txt like this



now lets say you want to have a homebrew game launch from your browser icon you just do this change the Browser = "ms0:/PSP/GAME/what your homebrew game is called/EBOOT.PBP in the XMBEL.txt
eg: my homebrew is called RSPSARDUMPER so i would put Browser = "ms0:/PSP/GAME/RSPSARDUMPER/EBOOT.PBP

Dude, this is actually really cool. I've been trying to find a way to do this for a while :D

I think I'm gonna replace LFTV with PSPTube, and one of the system settings icons with PSPFiler :D
