My 'clean' week is over, and I got to say, I liked how I felt. I'm not gonna continue quite as harsh as I was doing this week, but I'll stay 'cleaner' than I normally am. That means eating more plant matter when possible lol and staying away from artificial stuff/preservatives/etc when possible. I'm still gonna live life, like eat at restaurants and stuff on occasions, but in general I want to stay healthier :D
OK, good for you. Congratz

I figured as much...
What was the hardest about your "clean" week???
How much did you lose?
The best thing is when you discover a food that you really enjoy that is great for you, and it no longer feels like a chore to be "clean". I eat spinach, broccoli, and squash for meals/snacks because they taste so great.  Try more "clean" foods and drinks (I actually found I don't mind drinking Coke Zero instead of Coke regular) and mess around with it.  Then, start getting into an exercising routine and you'll love the way it feels, and hate it if you miss a session in your routine. After it all becomes routine, keeping a clean, yet easily happy and comfortable, life is quite attainable.  Congrats on your week, and I hope it has, indeed, changed you for the better!
