I've bin practicing quite a lot now with loads of different techniques

it could use some more brightness/lighting its too dark

I've pissed around a little more with the blending options and hae come up with this

too much black :D

well i was trying to get a nightvision effect.... would more green be appropriate?

idk :D ... no harm in trying though :D

too bright and too blurry. @_@

try not blurring it, and lower the brightness a lot. the right side looks ok. also text has too much glow.
