is there any offsets to move the submenu text and is there any offsets that space between synconf icon and text and give the offsets and the default number please thanks in advance

look in text data in the sysconfig.rco and add spaces before the text

dude, its in the excel file under paf," x position of so & so text". You have to start using your eyes.
