I've been using the pen tool to practice some vectors and here's what I've got so far

I think he traced it.

i guess being welsh is awesome?

but i think the flag is great practice, it has all the lines and curves that you can practice on :P

P.S. I learned that you N_E_V_E_R make vectors in photoshop, you use illustrator for that (found out today :P)

but it is easier, i have to admit

Lol why do you think when I actually tried to vector I used illy?
It is MEANT for vectors only.

I need illustrator.....
