No need to go back to 1.5.
Just install 3.03OE-C again. (remember to format ur memory stick before u install.)

Look, just re-flash your firmware.

Everything will be deleted. (All customizations) so it should be as good as new.

but if you can't get to the XMB or launch from the RECOVERY folder from the Recovery menu they're you're pretty much boned.
