Can someone help me how to create a osk how to add backgrounds and i know the size and what picture format
firstly you NEED to have a psp with 1.50 kernels so you can deocompress with resurskilinksi to edit it ... then you NEED to compress it again before you can test it..if its nhot compressed it will not work.
if you open the file in rcoedit, just like every other rco, its very self essplanatory.
You need to start trying things before asking questions.

SchmilK is correct. The only thing I would like to add to that is:
resurskilinksi will work on SLIM PSP if you use it through E-loader...

For some strange reason, osk_plugin.rco works uncompressed if you set
System Language to Dutch (Netherlands)
