I'm using the 3.90 topmenu_icon.rco with RCOEdit 115C. Icons themselves were made with Photoshop Elements 4.0. I've tried everything. Editing Alpha Channels, 8 bit and 32 bit BMPs and PNGs. All were either corrupted or had the same issue.
Well if it is just taking a line of pixels from the right side, and putting them on the left, then simply make sure there is a blank border on both sides of your icon...
Then it shouldn't matter ;)

On the Video icon it's very noticeable, and the Music icon actually has a pixel from the letter 'C' overlapped.
P.S. Sorry to drag this out so much. I thought it would be a simple fix. :)
the problem is you didnt have any blank pixel on the right side of your icon...aka...the icon was touching the edge, which isw hy you see the right edge on the left side.
