and yes that was a very rough version but the icons revolve and the volume is the white dots and battery the red and yellow steps.

I'm looking for someone to make it because I don';t have much time and I can't make themes..... ._.

that would use one vary big icon on XMB at one time, you can kiss off the wave & high-rez 01-12's

but someone could do that, I think hibby was making a ap a long time a go that was like a mew XMB
maybe you may want to think of making this a Shel,

anyway yeah, you will have to full the hole XMB with one big icon at a time that looks like 5 icons, making the big Icons would be the easy part, getting them to load to XMB is a different story .

O yeah you will also have to cut the icon movement so the icons would just change & not move to fores the effect of the 5 icons on a arch changing .

The icons could be smaller. This is just a concept :P

Yeah that's the kind of thing I was thinking of until further development there probably wouldn't be any smooth scroll....
