lol it will be removed soon. So use your common sense and *don't* bookmark before it gets taken away for diagnostics and further to surgery where it's cardiorespiratory arrest will induce a coma....
Wow still no one has noticed.......lets see how long this can last :P

I don't know why the site is autocorrecting my spelling. Nevermind now.
Dr_LaTino Wrote:Zinga I don't really think it's lame that they do that.
If so, then why are you trying to bypass the restrictions?
Whether you're aware of it or not, I'm actually quite well versed in how well these attempts to force contribution work. They end up pretty much being lame - you really cannot rate a person based on post count or some automated means (for reputation for example, there'll either be rep spamming, or people will go elsewhere; only a few people will actually respect the system). But for warez type sites, it's a little different.
I would never ever use a site that forces me to post or get rep to "buy" my downloads.
Considering how easy it is to find downloads, it's a pure waste of effort.
And depending on how much your time is worth, if you convert your time to money, it'll probably be cheaper to buy what you want from a shop. And that gets you the real, legal, thing.
Huh? I never said I wanted to bypass it. On the contrary I feel like earning the movie. It has a much better feel to it. =]
If you run a site with lame moderators there will be noobs walking around spamming, yes. But if you have decent moderators and rules, you sort of feel up there you know. I also think that's sort of the point - to flush out all the rather unloyal people. I mean if a site offered you everything and never demanded anything from you once in a while you'd be kinda jaded.
I guess some of this has to do a lot with opinion. So for each his own.

I don't really have any rules, and the moderators... umm, well, they do their job (ie nothing) so ya...
I still don't see a massive in-flooding of noobs, so...
It's not the matter of noobs - it's the matter of environment.
On the internet, people have a lot of freedom. So there are inherently many problems with trying to restrict freedom. For illegal sites though, it's a bit of a different field - since there's somewhat less competition.
Still, though, you do end up, whether or not you realise it, spamming
If its just loads of posts saying Hi to everyone whos already joined, thank you's to everything regardless of whether or not you'll dl/use it, and uploading stuff you know no one is ever gonig to want and wasting your bandwidth.
Its just stupid to think that someone determined to download illegally is gonig to feel any kind of "loyalty" to the site they downloaded it from. As long as the source is safe, people will download from anywhere and everywhere that has what they need
Well, that's how i see it at least. Like you say, it has a lot to do with opinion

No I just meant lousy moderators accommodated with the rep system. I get what you're saying though.
You are indeed true Roberth! I would add something else but I think this is better left off as is...
